Avoid gaining 10lbs over Christmas!⁣ ⁣ One simple message here⁣ ⁣ Because I know you’re currently sitting at home⁣ ⁣ Scrolling social media⁣ ⁣ Reading this post⁣ ⁣ And thinking…⁣ ⁣ “I’m going to wait until the New Year before I commit to it”⁣ ⁣ That’s the worst thing you can do⁣ ⁣ You’re already writing off an entire month⁣ ⁣ And not just writing it off⁣ ⁣ But I bet you’re also telling yourself that it’s OK to go all out for the next 4 weeks⁣ ⁣ “It’s Christmas, after all”⁣ ⁣ I am all for enjoying this time⁣ ⁣ But it doesn’t mean we can’t make a lot of progress, too⁣ ⁣ We can⁣ ⁣ With the right approach⁣ Pushing at the right times⁣ Which then allows you greater freedom for those few festive meals you have⁣ ⁣ But if you avoid making that start now⁣ ⁣ You will come back in January with much more work to do⁣ ⁣ Not only to then lose the weight you gained through Christmas⁣ ⁣ But also, the additional that you want to lose right now⁣ ⁣ Imagine going into Christmas ahead of the curve⁣ ⁣ Anywhere from 3-10lbs lighter than you are right now⁣ ⁣ So⁣ ⁣ Even if you were then to add 10lbs in the festive week…⁣ ⁣ You’d be at net nil ready for the New Year⁣ ⁣ Rather than with the added 10lbs it could be 😉⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

“My goal was never to be ‘skinny’ or lose a lot of weight. But her good habits meant that she could keep training⁣ ⁣ She felt like she had a mental boost & it kept her energy up for family fun times⁣ ⁣ And, now that things have settled back in for a few weeks, we see the remarkable progress that has been made!⁣ ⁣ Scale weight hasn’t changed drastically ⁣ But you can clearly see the incredible compositional changes that have taken place⁣ ⁣ The visuals are absolutely AMAZING⁣ ⁣ But those transformations that you can’t see are equally, if not more valuable ⁣ Excellent habits that will be present for months and years to come⁣ ⁣ The mental strength to commit so wholeheartedly with a very hectic lifestyle⁣ ⁣ The increased energy that has come with the lifestyle change that is improving all areas of life⁣ ⁣ Rachel, you have been, and continue to be, an absolute joy to work with & I am extremely proud of everything that has been achieved thus far, knowing that there is so much more to come, too⁣ ⁣ Thank you! 💙💙💙⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Back home again⁣ ⁣ After one of the least enjoyable drives of my life 😂⁣ ⁣ About 10-11 hours in the car⁣ ⁣ Feeling like death warmed up⁣ ⁣ Storm Bert doing its best to blow us off the road⁣ ⁣ Changing sides of the road halfway through⁣ ⁣ Pit stopping in a lorry park to feed a screaming Louis⁣ ⁣ To say I’m glad to be back is an understatement⁣ ⁣ Although I’ve still taken time to shift the cold⁣ ⁣ And the pics probably reflect that⁣ ⁣ A little flat⁣ ⁣ But⁣ ⁣ A big push now towards Christmas⁣ ⁣ Back in the gym yesterday after a week off feeling shitty⁣ ⁣ And ready to get back to it 💪🏼⁣ ⁣ Lots of new joiners ready to take their progress to the next level well ahead of the New Year, too⁣ ⁣ Exciting times ahead as we build towards our first family Christmas 🎄⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

The last time I drank a protein shake was probably 10 years ago⁣ ⁣ Back when I also believed in the 'anabolic window' 🙈⁣ ⁣ And that it was absolutely vital to chug back a shake within 3 seconds of finishing my workout to avoid losing my gains⁣ ⁣ Yep, I too used to believe that nonsense! 🙄⁣ ⁣ But⁣ ⁣ I haven't done that for years⁣ ⁣ And not only have I not made myself sick throwing back that shake like it was the year 2000 & it was a pint in my hand⁣ ⁣ I've not downed a single shake since⁣ ⁣ That's not to say I don't use protein powder⁣ ⁣ I do⁣ ⁣ I just choose not to drink it⁣ ⁣ Because⁣ ⁣ a) There are many other options, and⁣ b) I'm just not a massive fan⁣ ⁣ So, what are those options?⁣ ⁣ Let me share a few⁣ ⁣ A couple of the common ones that I use every week are...⁣ ⁣ Adding protein powder to my porridge⁣ ⁣ I like to have oats (powdered oats is my go to) for my pre-workout meal with some berries⁣ ⁣ And, to boost the protein content of that meal, as well as add some flavour, I will also add in some protein powder⁣ ⁣ Tasty⁣ High Protein⁣ Not a shake⁣ ⁣ Another that I use all the time is adding protein powder to plain yoghurt⁣ ⁣ I prefer vanilla or strawberry, but you can choose whatever flavour you want the yoghurt to take on⁣ ⁣ Really easy⁣ Great boost to protein⁣ Not a shake⁣ ⁣ Think a little outside the box when you next reach for the protein powder⁣ ⁣ And when the thought of yet another shake just turns your stomach⁣ ⁣ With winter drawing in, you can also make a really good hot chocolate with protein powders⁣ ⁣ As well as adding to baked goods for that little extra⁣ ⁣ Have you chugged your last shake?⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

It’s nearly the end⁣ ⁣ The long road trip is almost over⁣ ⁣ Back to France on Sunday⁣ ⁣ Back home⁣ Back to reality⁣ Back to our bed 😂⁣ ⁣ And then the Christmas preparations will begin⁣ ⁣ The first Christmas as a 3 🎄⁣ ⁣ The past week has been busy again⁣ ⁣ Lots more new faces⁣ Lots more new places⁣ ⁣ And a slightly more unsettled little guy as a result⁣ ⁣ I think he’s craving a bit of home as much as we are 😂⁣ ⁣ But first⁣ ⁣ One more full day with my parents⁣ ⁣ And a long drive back⁣ ⁣ At least the snow seems to have buggered off 🤞🏼⁣ ⁣ As for these pics…⁣ ⁣ Meh, not over keen on them again⁣ ⁣ That’s what 3.5 weeks of traveling around all over the place and eating on the go a lot can do⁣ ⁣ Very much looking forward to getting back on track again 💪🏼⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Doesn’t she look incredible?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I mean, WOW⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Abbie is another Ben-E-Fit Blitz winner⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And something she said to me at the shoot was…⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ “I only ever wanted to do the 6 weeks… what have you done to me?” 😂⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ My response?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ “You never really only wanted to do the Blitz” 😉⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I knew what was there⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I could see the potential⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And I felt just how much this would be incredible for Abbie⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ As a really amazing focus⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And as a massive confidence booster, too⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Abbie is a dedicated, working parent⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Fitting everything in around that lifestyle was so important⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But so was Abbie’s determination & commitment⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I know this process isn’t easy⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It takes hard work to achieve these results⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But it is so rewarding when it happens⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And it really shows, and proves, how much we are capable of when we set our minds to things⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It was such a fun day to be a part of⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The support & energy from Abbie, Claire & Anna on the day was fantastic⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And everyone bounced & fed off each other⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ To make me one very proud coach⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Huge congratulations Abbie on some phenomenal pictures⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But, perhaps more so, on the journey to get here ❤️⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

I didn’t get in great shape until my 30s!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Despite having been in the gym since I was 18⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ That’s how long it took me⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Why?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I was guessing⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ OK, so there was SOME method to it⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I’d follow every single workout I read in one of the many fitness mags around at the time⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Men’s Health⁣⁣ Muscle & Fitness⁣⁣ Flex⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And more⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I’d try all the diets from those same mags⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 💪🏼 Training twice a day⁣⁣ 🍗 7 meals of chicken, brown rice & broccoli⁣⁣ 🏃🏻‍♂️ Hours of cardio⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Still no six-pack!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ On the brink of popping a needle in my arse because ‘that must be why I can’t get in shape’⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ “I’ve tried everything else”⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ That’s what I’d tell myself⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I was wrong!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Very wrong⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I hadn’t tried the one thing that was actually going to help⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Working with someone personally to make sure I was doing what needed to be done… FOR ME⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ❌ Not generic plans designed for the masses⁣⁣ ❌ Not programs very much unique to the bodybuilders sharing them⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But actual bespoke programming⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Training to suit my lifestyle, my goals & my body⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Diet to fit in with my worklife, my likes, the food I had access to⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Cardio that was doable without trying to function on 3 hours sleep to fit it all in⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And not just the program design⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But the ongoing support⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Adjustments being made when they needed to be⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Feedback to make sure I was doing the necessary & prepared for the weeks to come⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Accountability to make sure I do what I need to⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ When all of those things were put in place⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ My progress took off⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I had clearly visible abs within 3 months⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Something I’d wanted to achieve since I was 18!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Don’t let time pass you by unnecessarily⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Reach out⁣⁣ Get help⁣⁣ Achieve amazing things!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

WHAT A CHANGE!!!⁣ ⁣ Absolutely incredible from Arron⁣ ⁣ And this has all been achieved pretty much solely through dietary changes⁣ ⁣ As Arron has also had one of the busiest 4 month spells of his life⁣ ⁣ Which meant that getting to the gym⁣ ⁣ While every intention was there⁣ ⁣ Just didn't really happen⁣ ⁣ But that hasn't changed the fantastic progress we see here⁣ ⁣ Not only has Arron lost a whopping 36lbs in weight⁣ ⁣ But he has also seen the hips shrink 10cm⁣ ⁣ And a life changing 14cm off the belly⁣ ⁣ Here's a little of what Arron had to say...⁣ ⁣ "Thank you. It’s been a pleasure working with you - I can’t say that’s ever been the case with dieting before⁣ ⁣ When we first spoke, I was at 131.1Kg (289lbs). If there’s one piece of advice I can give you that will make a HUGE difference to how things go, it’s this…⁣ ⁣ Plan ahead!⁣ ⁣ I’m not saying plans don’t change⁣ ⁣ Or that the unexpected won’t happen⁣ ⁣ It will⁣ ⁣ But⁣ ⁣ The better prepared you are⁣ ⁣ The more you’ve planned ahead⁣ ⁣ The smoother your week will be⁣ ⁣ And the more progress you’ll make⁣ ⁣ Every single one of my clients feels this⁣ ⁣ And, of course, a good amount of that planning is taken care of by me⁣ ⁣ Training programming⁣ Diet planning⁣ Discussing work weeks⁣ Busy periods⁣ Other commitments⁣ ⁣ But I also really encourage them to apply this thought process & practice to everything⁣ ⁣ And here’s some simple steps you can follow as well⁣ ⁣ Get your diary out⁣ ⁣ Get all of your non-negotiables in there⁣ ⁣ Block out time for your workouts⁣ And for your meal prep⁣ ⁣ Schedule in some downtime⁣ ⁣ Know when you’ll be going to bed & getting up⁣ ⁣ If you’ve got meals out⁣ Social commitments⁣ Work commitments⁣ ⁣ Get it all listed out and in the diary⁣ ⁣ Then you know what’s to come⁣ ⁣ If something unexpected does happen⁣ ⁣ Let’s face it… it probably will⁣ ⁣ Very easily you can see where you have other spaces to rearrange and reschedule⁣ ⁣ So you can still stick to the plans you’ve set for yourself⁣ ⁣ And keep making progress⁣ ⁣ Even amidst tough & challenging circumstances⁣ ⁣ Organised⁣ Ready⁣ Results⁣ ⁣ Let’s get it 💪🏼💪🏼⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Self-Sabotage is…⁣ ⁣ ❌ Not asking for help⁣ ❌ Rejecting Praise⁣ ❌ Isolating yourself when hurt⁣ ❌ Saying “Yes” to everything⁣ ❌ Putting your needs on hold⁣ ❌ Procrastinating on important tasks⁣ ❌ Watching too much news⁣ ❌ Trying to be perfect⁣ ⁣ How many can you tick off?⁣ ⁣ I’ve got all but the news covered at various points in my life⁣ ⁣ Sometimes multiple, if not all of them at once⁣ ⁣ I used to think it was a sign of strength⁣ ⁣ To be constantly isolating⁣ Trying to deal with everything myself⁣ Saying yes to everyone & everything⁣ ⁣ Like I was being some kind of martyr⁣ ⁣ The truth is⁣ ⁣ I’m a people pleaser⁣ ⁣ I want other people to like me⁣ ⁣ And⁣ ⁣ Rather than being happy for people to like me simply for who I am⁣ ⁣ I’d try to force that by doing everything for them⁣ ⁣ My former finance career was the same⁣ ⁣ I wanted promotion⁣ I wanted to please my manager⁣ So I took on EVERYTHING possible⁣ ⁣ Guess what happened?⁣ ⁣ My wants & needs went to the bottom of the pile⁣ ⁣ I was barely sleeping⁣ Chasing my tail⁣ Early starts & late finishes⁣ ⁣ And it just got too much⁣ ⁣ I just couldn’t bring myself to ask for help⁣ ⁣ The exact same way I spent years going around in circles with my physique⁣ ⁣ So adamant that asking for help was a weakness⁣ ⁣ That, in some weird way, I was losing by doing so⁣ ⁣ But that very thing that I believed was a strength⁣ ⁣ Was, in fact, my biggest weakness⁣ ⁣ I could have been so much further ahead⁣ In far less time⁣ ⁣ Had I just been OK to say⁣ ⁣ “I need some help”⁣ ⁣ Sound familiar?⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Probably some of the worst check in shots I’ve had for a while⁣ ⁣ Really not happy with them⁣ ⁣ But⁣ ⁣ They do come after spending about 25-30 hours in the car over 3-4 days⁣ ⁣ Grab & go meals at service stations⁣ ⁣ Multiple beds being slept in… badly⁣ ⁣ A 3 month old being carted around all over the place⁣ ⁣ So⁣ ⁣ I am giving myself a bit of grace⁣ ⁣ It could be worse ⁣ ⁣ A lot worse⁣ ⁣ I’ve not gained 10lbs⁣ ⁣ In fact, I’ve not gained a single pound⁣ ⁣ And I have still managed to train 3-4 times⁣ ⁣ In some awesome gyms⁣ ⁣ While we have had the chance to introduce Louis to lots of friends & family⁣ ⁣ And that’s what this trip was all about⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

“I don’t have any words to say except… ⁣ ⁣ FANTASTIC!! Office Bod to Boss Bod⁣ ⁣ Matt came to me with a few concerns⁣ ⁣ ❗️ He had spent the past 10 years very much focused on family & his career⁣ ⁣ And was being rewarded for that⁣ ⁣ A beautiful family⁣ ⁣ And a thriving career⁣ ⁣ All of which meant that he was also a very busy guy⁣ ⁣ ❗️ Would he be able to do what needed to be done to achieve fantastic results⁣ ⁣ Fitness levels weren’t what they used to be⁣ ⁣ Time was not something that was in abundance⁣ ⁣ So, here’s what we did…⁣ ⁣ ✅ Created a training plan that started small & allowed room for progression as those fitness levels increased⁣ ⁣ ✅ Created a meal plan that was super simple to follow & much of which could be prepared in advance to save time⁣ ⁣ ✅ Scheduled in time for work & for the family, but also time for him to do his thing⁣ ⁣ Now, I know what you’re probably thinking⁣ ⁣ That’s too simple⁣ ⁣ And, yes, it is simple⁣ ⁣ Because what that allowed Matt to do was build momentum⁣ ⁣ If we had started with a gruelling workout schedule, really strict diet & leaving him no time for the things he enjoyed…⁣ ⁣ Guess what?⁣ ⁣ He’d have stopped after a few days⁣ ⁣ By allowing that momentum to build⁣ ⁣ And to see & feel changes happening⁣ ⁣ Everything becomes much more enjoyable & the desire to keep pushing ahead significantly increases⁣ ⁣ Matt WANTED to push harder⁣ ⁣ He wanted to increase training⁣ ⁣ Because it was making him feel so incredible⁣ ⁣ And that also meant that the family enjoyed a fitter, healthier, happier Matt as well⁣ ⁣ Even if you think you can’t⁣ ⁣ I believe you can⁣ ⁣ And if you need to borrow some of my confidence until you realise you have your own⁣ ⁣ I have plenty to give⁣ ⁣ And I’m waiting for you to get in touch⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

If eating carbs was the enemy… why aren’t there a lot of obese French people?⁣ ⁣ They bloody love a carb⁣ ⁣ Croissants⁣ Bread (pain)⁣ Chips (frites)⁣ Pastries (pâtisseries)⁣ ⁣ You name it… if it’s primarily made up of carbs, the French are scoffing it down⁣ ⁣ And yet⁣ ⁣ They aren’t an obese nation⁣ ⁣ A 2020 study suggests that just 17% are classified as obese⁣ ⁣ Compare that with 26% obese in England⁣ ⁣ And around 40% in the USA⁣ ⁣ Carbs have been demonised by many people in the past⁣ ⁣ To this day, there’ll be plenty of people telling you that eating bread is the reason you can’t lose any weight⁣ ⁣ It just isn’t true⁣ ⁣ The only reason that you aren’t losing any weight, is because you’re not taking in fewer calories than you’re expending⁣ ⁣ And⁣ ⁣ Let’s face it⁣ ⁣ Carbs are pretty bloody delicious⁣ ⁣ Avoiding them completely is going to be a pretty miserable way to eat 😉⁣ ⁣ The thing you’ve likely been struggling with is understanding portion control⁣ ⁣ To make sure that your overall intake of food is where it needs to be to allow you to lose weight⁣ ⁣ Which is OK⁣ It can be a tricky thing to wrap your head around⁣ ⁣ One of the biggest benefits of working with someone on this is taking away all of that guesswork⁣ ⁣ And not just in dishing out a set of numbers either⁣ ⁣ But helping you understand what those targets look like in real terms⁣ ⁣ How they translate to actual food⁣ ⁣ Because that’s where you’ll really find it helpful⁣ ⁣ When it becomes real⁣ ⁣ When it’s looking back at you on your plate⁣ Or cooking in the pan⁣ ⁣ Knowing that you’re eating great tasting meals⁣ ⁣ Which are also helping you to achieve that weight loss⁣ ⁣ Is such a freeing experience⁣ ⁣ And one that I want you to experience ASAP⁣ ⁣ If you’ve been guilty of avoiding carbs, or struggling to understand what it is that you may be doing wrong⁣ ⁣ Drop me a message now⁣ ⁣ And let’s get you on track⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Muscles aren’t built in the gym⁣ ⁣ Have you heard that one before?⁣ ⁣ Usually followed by something like⁣ ⁣ They’re built when you rest⁣ ⁣ It’s another of those rather odd fitness phrases⁣ ⁣ Rest is important… I 100% agree⁣ ⁣ Having spent many years training 6-7 days per week, sometimes twice a day⁣ ⁣ Increasing the time spent resting & recovering certainly improved my progress⁣ ⁣ But⁣ ⁣ And this is a really crucial point⁣ ⁣ You MUST train hard enough to earn that rest⁣ ⁣ How many people do you think build muscle just sitting around all day?⁣ ⁣ The actual training plays a significant role⁣ ⁣ You can’t just go through the motions & expect massive results⁣ ⁣ The work needs to be done in the gym in order for the rest & recovery to do its job⁣ ⁣ Another fitness phrase that is well intended⁣ ⁣ But so often misses a vital element⁣ ⁣ If it was true, nobody would be in the gym, would they?⁣ ⁣ They’d just be building massive biceps lounging around the house 😂⁣ ⁣ That might sound like the dream for some of you 😉⁣ ⁣ But I’ll be the bearer of bad news…⁣ ⁣ Not gonna happen!⁣ ⁣ Never⁣ ⁣ You absolutely have to be in the gym⁣ ⁣ You absolutely must be training hard⁣ ⁣ Without that… not a chance of building any muscle⁣ ⁣ So⁣ ⁣ Get in the gym⁣ ⁣ Train your balls (or tits) off⁣ ⁣ And earn that rest!⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

The long journey has begun!⁣ ⁣ Starting with a VERY long drive over from France yesterday⁣ ⁣ A solid 12 hours in the car⁣ ⁣ Louis’ first experience of that kind of drive⁣ ⁣ His first passport use⁣ ⁣ And a car absolutely chockablock full to the brim! 😂⁣ ⁣ And if that wasn’t enough⁣ ⁣ We then headed straight up to Leeds this morning⁣ ⁣ Nothing by halves in the Howard household⁣ ⁣ Or in the Howard car, I should probably say 🚘⁣ ⁣ And this is just the beginning⁣ ⁣ Lots of friends & family to see⁣ ⁣ Lots of new faces for Louis to take in⁣ ⁣ And lots of terrible nights sleep to come for Lara & I 😂⁣ ⁣ Watch this space!⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

This is how I plan to go about the next 3.5 weeks⁣ ⁣ 3.5 weeks away from home⁣ ⁣ Living out of suitcases⁣ ⁣ Traveling around the whole of England⁣ ⁣ Eating out⁣ Grabbing on the go⁣ Limited cooking facilities⁣ Lots of time spent in the car⁣ ⁣ It could be a recipe for disaster⁣ ⁣ Or⁣ ⁣ It can be the chance to knuckle down⁣ ⁣ I will always choose knuckling down⁣ ⁣ Because it makes me feel great to know I’m still making progress at times when it could be incredibly difficult⁣ ⁣ If we’re eating out… I’m choosing the option closest to plan⁣ ⁣ If we’re on the go… I’m grabbing a sensible meal⁣ ⁣ With limited cooking facilities… I’ll buy cooked meats & make life as easy as possible⁣ ⁣ But I also won’t miss out⁣ ⁣ As the opportunities for us to see friends & family are few & far between⁣ ⁣ And I will totally enjoy spending time with them⁣ ⁣ Without having to then feel guilty about what I’m eating⁣ ⁣ I will also be training as often as I can⁣ ⁣ And actually looking forward to it as I will get to use some awesome gyms in different places⁣ ⁣ It needn’t be a reason to fall apart⁣ ⁣ In fact⁣ ⁣ It can be one of the most confidence boosting times if you let it⁣ ⁣ To know that you can push yourself forwards when life is tough is such a buzz⁣ ⁣ And makes you realise just how much you’re capable of when you put your mind to it⁣ ⁣ And when you have the support & network around you to help⁣ ⁣ How do you cope with traveling & time away from home?⁣ ⁣ Is it something that you find tricky to manage?⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Are your workouts about as intense as a milky latte?⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ I’m a coffee purest ☕️⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ It has to be…⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Strong⁣⁣⁣ Black⁣⁣⁣ Ideally espresso (minimal dilution)⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Which is exactly is your workouts should be⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Ok, they don’t have to be black 😉⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ There’s no race in working out ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ But they should be strong & intense⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ With minimal dilution⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ And even less of that cappuccino fluff⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ If you’ve been working out⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ But not really seeing much change⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Strength isn’t improving⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Body isn’t looking as you expect it to⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Your training intensity may well need a revisit⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ To ensure that you’re putting in the work⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Pushing yourself as hard as you can⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ And not just going through the motions⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Your exercise selection might also tweaking⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ If you’ve got a lot of movements in each session⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ One of the reasons that you’re struggling to train hard enough is that you’re pacing yourself⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Holding back on certain things because you just want to ‘get through the session’⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ In many cases⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Less is more where individual exercises are concerned⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Choose the movements that hit the most muscles⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Lock in your form⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ And train your nuts off every session!⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ If you’re totally unsure whether your current plans are right⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Let me know⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ I’ll take a look & give you my thoughts⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣

The start of something really special⁣ ⁣ Throwing it back to Ash’s first 12 weeks⁣ ⁣ 12 weeks that would go on to be way more⁣ ⁣ But 12 weeks that were so important⁣ ⁣ Over 20lbs of bodyfat gone⁣ ⁣ Abs revealed for the first time… ever⁣ ⁣ A body to be really proud of⁣ ⁣ While also working a full time, very demanding, finance role⁣ ⁣ At one of the busiest times of the financial year!⁣ ⁣ I recall the chat Ash & I had so clearly⁣ ⁣ Because there was some hesitancy on his part⁣ ⁣ “Is this the right time?”⁣ “Should I be taking this on when I know work is going to be crazy busy?”⁣ ⁣ One thing I assured Ash was⁣ ⁣ Everything will be done to work WITH you⁣ ⁣ And I will be here to support at all times⁣ ⁣ Because I knew just how much Ash was capable of with that bit of encouragement⁣ ⁣ Phenomenal progress⁣ ⁣ And it has gone from strength-to-strength from here⁣ ⁣ Very different challenges presented⁣ ⁣ All of which have been chatted through, managed & I know Ash is a much better, stronger, more rounded person as a result⁣ ⁣ Something to be extremely proud of as life has become even more hectic!⁣ ⁣ My longest serving client⁣ ⁣ And one that I am forever grateful for putting the trust in me to help⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

There’s only 7 weeks before Christmas⁣ ⁣ And 8 before 2025 begins!⁣ ⁣ Sorry to be that guy⁣ ⁣ But I actually can’t believe it myself⁣ ⁣ This year has been a rollercoaster⁣ ⁣ Moved house⁣ Had a baby⁣ ⁣ And in a blink… it’s gonna be Christmas!⁣ ⁣ I don’t want to waste a second⁣ ⁣ And I’m sure you don’t either⁣ ⁣ I’m already getting a headstart on next year⁣ ⁣ Planning in advance⁣ Preparing what I want to achieve⁣ ⁣ And that starts NOW⁣ ⁣ There’s no point putting off what can be done today⁣ ⁣ If you’ve been thinking… for the 10th year running⁣ ⁣ “Next year will be the year I get that body I want”⁣ ⁣ Stop waiting⁣ ⁣ Because it’s that constant delay that is stopping you⁣ ⁣ If you start right now⁣ ⁣ You can be 7 weeks further forwards⁣ ⁣ And a lot can happen in 7 weeks⁣ ⁣ My BLITZERs are testament to that⁣ ⁣ 6 weeks work, that has produced some mind blowing changes⁣ ⁣ ✅ 30+lbs lost for Dave⁣ ✅ 16lbs down for Steve⁣ ✅ Abs popping for Neil & Si⁣ ✅ Toned tummies for Claire, Abs & Natasha⁣ ⁣ And that was just the beginning for them⁣ ⁣ They went on to some truly remarkable transformations⁣ ⁣ As you’ll see from my social media⁣ ⁣ Now is your time⁣ ⁣ It really is⁣ ⁣ Seize the day⁣ ⁣ Send that message⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Bulking for 6 weeks & expecting massive muscles is like saving for 6 weeks & expecting to buy a house outright It just isn’t going to work I’d been saving for 5 years And even then, I still needed a bit of help from my parents But I was so adamant that I wouldn’t rent, that I had to suck up living what might be considered a less carefree lifestyle for the longer-term goal in mind It probably isn’t the most glamourous thing to be telling you There is a period of time where things might be a little rubbish For me, that was living at home for a bit longer than I’d have liked But I’ll tell you this When I did finally get that first place It felt fucking incredible And I couldn’t care less that the previous 5 years hadn’t always been easy I was so proud of being a homeowner at the age of 21, that none of that mattered It was very similar with my physique And still is Building muscle isn’t easy My genetics aren’t great for it My hormone levels aren’t in the gifted levels And I’ve needed to push myself to places that have been extremely uncomfortable at times Adding a lot of scale weight in order to add some muscle That process has been repeated over & over again But it doesn’t happen overnight Each of those phases of growing have needed to be at least 6 months long And some of them as long as 12 months or more If you really want to see significant muscle being added 6 weeks is never going to be long enough… ever Just like 6 weeks is never going to be enough to buy that car or house I also needed help to stick with those phases Because it is so easy to get in your own head The minute you begin to lose your abs… you want to cut again I did, too Which is why I made little-to-no progress for years & years With the help of coaches, my progress has drastically improved Largely with them being able to use logic, and not me using emotion, to drive decisions It would be like you settling for that £1k banger instead of the £10k car you really want Someone there to keep you on the straight & narrow is game changing And the results that will come are proof of that

I thought last week was tough 😂⁣ ⁣ This week… hold my beer 🍺⁣ ⁣ Some pretty rough nights⁣ ⁣ Little man not wanting to go to sleep⁣ ⁣ Or stay asleep⁣ ⁣ Meaning two very tired parents⁣ ⁣ Trying our best to not lose our minds⁣ ⁣ And keep him fed, happy & healthy⁣ ⁣ It sure is a wild ride!⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

A shocking trend⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I’m hearing more & more stories lately of ‘coaches’ stealing other people’s transformation pictures & using them as their own⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Exaggerating the results, too⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Claiming greater changes in shorter timeframes than the reality⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Only the other day I saw a lady share her transformation⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 30lbs down in 3 years⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ A great achievement for her that she was really proud of⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And a ‘coach’ stole those pics⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Posted them online⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And claimed it was an 80lb change in 5 months 🙈⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I don’t share all that many transformations⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Not because they aren’t happening⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ They absolutely are⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But mainly because a lot of the people I work with want to keep things private⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ They are making the changes very much for themselves⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ For their own self confidence⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And that doesn’t need to be shared anywhere at all⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ One of the very first things I will ask in my consultation process is whether a new client would be happy to have things shared⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And it is absolutely OK to say no⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It isn’t about me⁣⁣ It’s about them⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And, yes, sure, it helps my marketing⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But you know what helps even more?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Trust⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And my clients know that they can 100% trust me to respect their wishes⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ If you’ve been a little hesitant to get in touch because you think there is any requirement to have your images shared online⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Rest assured⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ This isn’t the case⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Nothing will ever get shared without permission⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And if you choose to never share it at all⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ You have my utmost respect 😁⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

Sitting here, reading my 5th fitness magazine of the month⁣ ⁣ Men’s Health⁣ Muscle & Fitness⁣ Flex⁣ Muscle & Strength⁣ Iron Man⁣ ⁣ Still not looking like Arnie, or Ronnie, or even some low-level amateur bodybuilder⁣ ⁣ But I’m following all of what they’re doing⁣ ⁣ Diets⁣ Training plans⁣ The supplements (the legal ones, anyway)⁣ ⁣ Month after month I go through this dance⁣ ⁣ Spending a small fortune on these magazines⁣ ⁣ Sifting through the pages on my commute to London⁣ ⁣ While the rest of the train is reading the Financial Times or some other shite newspaper⁣ ⁣ All I could think about was how to get massive⁣ ⁣ And the answers must lie in these magazines, right?⁣ ⁣ Because all of the top bodybuilders have multiple page spreads of them looking jacked⁣ ⁣ Sharing their ‘best kept secrets’ to adding slabs of muscle⁣ ⁣ Apart from perhaps the one biggest best kept secret⁣ ⁣ I had literally towers of those magazines in my house⁣ ⁣ Never missed a month⁣ ⁣ So intent on finding the secret ingredient that would finally see my physique transform⁣ ⁣ Almost to the point that I’d be skipping workouts & meals to keep reading more⁣ ⁣ I bet you’ve been there, too 😉⁣ ⁣ It might be online versions of these magazines now⁣ ⁣ But back in my early days it was the hard copies⁣ ⁣ And the truth is⁣ ⁣ I was wasting my time in those magazines⁣ ⁣ They were just full of utter nonsense that was never going to get me any closer to the body I wanted⁣ ⁣ Because absolutely none of it was designed for me or you⁣ ⁣ It was designed specifically for that guy in the pictures⁣ ⁣ That’s why it was working so well⁣ ⁣ It was tailored⁣ Unique⁣ Bespoke for him⁣ ⁣ Adjusted when he needed it to be⁣ ⁣ No matter how closely I might have tried to follow it⁣ ⁣ It was never going to get me very far⁣ ⁣ I’m not them⁣ ⁣ I didn’t have 3-4 hours of my day to be in the gym 7 days a week⁣ I didn’t have a company sending me fully tailored meals every single day⁣ ⁣ I had a life⁣ A job⁣ Friends & family to spend time with⁣ ⁣ As I’m sure you do, too⁣ ⁣ I needed something that took all of that into account⁣ ⁣ That’s when it all clicked for me⁣ ⁣ And guess what?⁣ ⁣ It’s also when I saw my physique change the most!⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Blown away!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Another incredible photoshoot transformation⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Charlotte joined the Team in January⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Wanting to lose a little weight⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Tone up⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And feel much better about herself⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Charlotte had been training hard⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Running a lot⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But struggling to see the results that her efforts warranted⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ A few months in⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The seed was planted⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ “What about a photoshoot?”⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ YES!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ A huge goal to focus on⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ A massive milestone⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And what a result⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The nerves well & truly kicking in as we got closer⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But the confidence grew more & more on the day with each shot⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I love the work ethic Charlotte brings⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And I’ve loved every minute of the prep⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Being there on the day was truly the icing on the cake 🎂⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And cake is what was feasted on afterwards, too 🍩⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Huge thanks, as always, to Matt Marsh⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And a big thank you to Neil also for being part of a special day!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Can’t wait to see what the future brings!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

A shocking trend⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ I’m hearing more & more stories lately of ‘coaches’ stealing other people’s transformation pictures & using them as their own⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Exaggerating the results, too⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Claiming greater changes in shorter timeframes than the reality⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Only the other day I saw a lady share her transformation⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 30lbs down in 3 years⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ A great achievement for her that she was really proud of⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ And a ‘coach’ stole those pics⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Posted them online⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ And claimed it was an 80lb change in 5 months 🙈⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ I don’t share all that many transformations⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Not because they aren’t happening⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ They absolutely are⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ But mainly because a lot of the people I work with want to keep things private⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ They are making the changes very much for themselves⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ For their own self confidence⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ And that doesn’t need to be shared anywhere at all⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ One of the very first things I will ask in my consultation process is whether a new client would be happy to have things shared⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ And it is absolutely OK to say no⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ It isn’t about me⁣⁣⁣ It’s about them⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ And, yes, sure, it helps my marketing⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ But you know what helps even more?⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Trust⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ And my clients know that they can 100% trust me to respect their wishes⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ If you’ve been a little hesitant to get in touch because you think there is any requirement to have your images shared online⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Rest assured⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ This isn’t the case⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Nothing will ever get shared without permission⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ And if you choose to never share it at all⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ You have my utmost respect 😁⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣

Another tough old week⁣ ⁣ Lots happening in the Howard household⁣ ⁣ A few late nights⁣ ⁣ Not the greatest sleep week⁣ ⁣ Emotionally difficult at times⁣ ⁣ But another week navigated as a Team⁣ ⁣ Managing to get my 4 workouts in⁣ ⁣ Managing to eat well⁣ ⁣ Trying to get a good bit of movement in generally⁣ ⁣ Not always easy with some pretty heavy rain this week, too⁣ ⁣ But progress is happening… slowly⁣ ⁣ And I am wrapping my head around that⁣ ⁣ Of course I want more, and faster⁣ ⁣ Don’t we all⁣ ⁣ But I am trying to be more realistic with myself⁣ ⁣ And take the positives out of these situations⁣ ⁣ To keep myself putting one foot in front of the other as consistently as I can⁣ ⁣ Because all of those small steps add up!⁣ ⁣ 💪🏼⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

This parenting stuff is hard⁣ ⁣ And nobody really tells you that ⁣ ⁣ It’s like those coaches who tell you that you can lose weight & get shredded eating all the foods you love⁣ ⁣ You won’t feel hungry at all⁣ ⁣ And you don’t need to do any cardio⁣ ⁣ That’s the same as someone saying that parenting is a doddle⁣ ⁣ You’ll get loads of sleep⁣ ⁣ Feeding will be a breeze⁣ ⁣ You’ll wonder why you didn’t have 4 at the same time it’s so simple⁣ ⁣ You get lulled into false sense of security⁣ ⁣ And then you start to get annoyed⁣ ⁣ This isn’t as easy as they said it would be⁣ ⁣ I do feel hunger⁣ I am having to get some cardio done⁣ And I can’t eat pizza 5 times a week without gaining weight⁣ ⁣ What a joke!⁣ ⁣ I’ve always prided myself on being very honest⁣ ⁣ Because I’ve actually been through it before⁣ ⁣ I have personal experience⁣ ⁣ When I want to get lean & see my abs⁣ ⁣ I have to push really fucking hard⁣ ⁣ I do have to feel hungry… often⁣ I do need to get a good amount of cardio done⁣ And I am having to make sure I’m eating the right foods to see change happen⁣ ⁣ I actually think you need to know that up front⁣ ⁣ Because you are then going to be prepared for the work to be put in⁣ ⁣ If you find things move a little faster, or are less challenging than you’d expected… bonus⁣ ⁣ But if it is hard work, you knew it was coming⁣ ⁣ And got yourself prepared for it⁣ ⁣ Knowing you’re putting in the effort to get the rewards⁣ ⁣ Don’t let those coaches sell you false dreams⁣ ⁣ You’ll only end up disappointed⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

The magical fat loss pill…⁣ ⁣ It may be hard to swallow⁣ ⁣ Literally⁣ ⁣ It’s fucking massive⁣ ⁣ It’ll clog up a bit of your throat⁣ ⁣ And take up loads of space in your stomach⁣ ⁣ So you eat less⁣ ⁣ And lose weight⁣ ⁣ And it’ll cost you the small sum of £10k for 100% guaranteed results⁣ ⁣ I kid, of course⁣ ⁣ An actual pill for that doesn’t exist⁣ ⁣ Although I wouldn’t be surprised if some knobhead does start selling something similar because that’s the nature of the fitness industry right now⁣ ⁣ And not just the fitness industry⁣ ⁣ It’s the expectation of society in general⁣ ⁣ We want shortcuts⁣ We want instant success⁣ We want everything with minimal effort⁣ ⁣ And that gets capitalised on⁣ ⁣ Because businesses want to make money⁣ ⁣ No matter how shady the product or service is⁣ ⁣ It’s a real shame, actually⁣ ⁣ Because I know how much more satisfaction comes from working for something⁣ ⁣ As do you when you really think about it⁣ ⁣ Picture the last thing you treated yourself to⁣ ⁣ Maybe it was a new kitchen⁣ A dream holiday⁣ A new car⁣ ⁣ And think how much prouder you are with those knowing you had to really work hard for them⁣ ⁣ You appreciate them way more than if someone had just given them to you⁣ ⁣ Your body is exactly the same⁣ ⁣ If you were just given your dream physique, you’d take it for granted⁣ ⁣ You’d revert back to old habits, regain the weight, reach a point of hating it again…⁣ ⁣ And just wait to be given the dream again⁣ ⁣ But if you’ve worked for it⁣ ⁣ You’ll take so much more pride in it⁣ ⁣ And want to keep it looking at its best⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Crisis of identity!⁣ ⁣⁣ I don’t think I was quite prepared for how much life was going to change as a dad⁣ ⁣ And I’ve not found the shift easy… at all⁣ ⁣ Looking back, one of the things I had a lot more of than I appreciated was…⁣ ⁣ Time⁣ ⁣⁣ There’s so much I want, and need, to do⁣ ⁣ Spending time with Louis & Lara⁣ Working & being there for my clients⁣ Taking calls for new clients⁣ Marketing⁣ Admin⁣ Content Creation⁣ Keeping a home - cooking, cleaning⁣ My own training, steps, cardio⁣ ⁣ All of that around broken sleep that comes with a newborn baby⁣ ⁣ Around various medical appointments, feeds, nappy changes, treatments⁣ ⁣ Time is in short supply⁣ ⁣ As I’m sure you’ll know all too well if you’re a parent yourself⁣ ⁣ And then there’s the guilt, worry, anxiety⁣ ⁣ Both that I’m being a good enough parent & partner⁣ ⁣ And that I’m giving enough to my business⁣ ⁣ While still trying to give myself that bit of time because I know how important that is⁣ ⁣ More & more, I’m trying to practice what I preach⁣ ⁣ My clients know how much I value, support & encourage them to be at their best so that everyone around them benefits from that⁣ ⁣ But it isn’t easy⁣ ⁣ In fact, it’s really fucking difficult at times⁣ ⁣ And there have been moments where I’ve been pretty low⁣ ⁣ Struggle to settle my son & seeing him scream & cry relentlessly for what feels like hours⁣ ⁣ Seeing clients leave and business taking a slight downward turn⁣ ⁣ All of that piles on even more stress because I want to succeed in everything I do⁣ ⁣ That’s how I’m wired⁣ ⁣ And if I feel like something isn’t succeeding… I take it personally⁣ ⁣ I’ll question myself first & start beating myself up, too⁣ ⁣ Why can’t I do this⁣ Why isn’t that working⁣ What more can I be doing⁣ ⁣ And I’ve had to take a breath a few times⁣ ⁣ Or, more accurately, someone else has told me to take a breath⁣ ⁣ Remind myself I’m only human⁣ ⁣ I am doing the best I can⁣ ⁣ And there’s only so much I can give before I break⁣ ⁣ If you’ve made it this far through, thank you for reading⁣ ⁣ I’m not really sure what the point to this is⁣ ⁣ Other than to get some stuff off my chest⁣ ⁣ ❤️⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣

Today is World Mental Health Day And, for me, every single day is World Mental Health Day Because it should never be overlooked It’s fair to say I’ve had my battles over the years Periods of questioning what I’m doing Feeling incredibly low Lacking any meaning or direction in life And even now, I have my moments Life is testing Challenging Really fucking hard at times And sometimes it can feel like all your hard work is going to waste But sometimes all it takes is that one thing to flip it on its head A little smile from Louis A lovely message from a client Getting out in nature for a stroll And perhaps one of the biggest things One that I’m guilty of not doing enough of, even though I’m trying to be better Talking Men, possibly more so, still have the stigma of being the strong, silent types That showing any kind of emotion is weak But it takes real strength of character to open up To admit that you’re finding things tough It’s ok We’re all fighting our own battles And talking about them, as cliché as it sounds, is a massive help My inbox will always be open for anyone wanting a friendly ear ❤️ Oh, and if your mental health wasn’t being challenged enough… I think this picture sends us all a bit doolally 😂

Want to look bigger?⁣ ⁣ But you’re scared of the thought of eating more⁣ ⁣ Having to cram food in⁣ ⁣ Seeing the scales go up⁣ ⁣ Fear not⁣ ⁣ I have a little secret for you⁣ ⁣ You need to be leaner!⁣ ⁣ Yep⁣ ⁣ When you’re sitting at that middle ground level of bodyfat⁣ ⁣ Not particularly defined⁣ Can’t really see much muscle⁣ Not looking big or small⁣ ⁣ It’s a frustrating place to be⁣ ⁣ The truth is⁣ ⁣ You have much more muscle than you realise⁣ ⁣ You just can’t see it yet⁣ ⁣ And⁣ ⁣ As you get leaner⁣ ⁣ You’ll see much more of that muscle coming through⁣ ⁣ Which will also make you look that much bigger, too⁣ ⁣ Your proportions change⁣ ⁣ The waist narrows⁣ ⁣ The chest, back, shoulders & arms all look bigger⁣ ⁣ The abs begin to pop⁣ ⁣ Before you know it⁣ ⁣ You look & feel fucking incredible⁣ ⁣ Way bigger than you did even 10, 15 or 20lbs heavier⁣ ⁣ You just need to commit to the process⁣ Make sure you consistently do what needs doing⁣ And reap the rewards⁣ ⁣ It’s not easy to do that alone⁣ ⁣ Believe me, I know⁣ ⁣ Because you’ll constantly get in your own head⁣ ⁣ You’ll swing from thinking you look small, you want to be bigger⁣ To not being lean enough & wanting more definition⁣ ⁣ Having someone there to support, guide & keep you level-headed is invaluable⁣ ⁣ Let me be that person⁣ ⁣ Let’s get lean⁣ And look twice as big!⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣
