Fantastic changes for Zaya
All of which has been achieved from home with very limited equipment
And even a two-week total quarantine
Zaya is a busy, hard-working accountant (something close to my heart!)
✅ Monthly deadlines
✅ Heavy workloads
✅ Long hours as standard
So, we worked primarily on creating some simple, but very effective habits
Starting the day with a morning walk to ensure that was prioritised knowing there are often those days where things get crazy & time is harder to find later in the day
This has allowed Zaya to gain much more mental clarity & really start each day the right way, with a calm, relaxed & focused mindset
Short, higher intensity training sessions to utilise the windows of time available
These sessions fitted perfectly with Zaya’s crazy schedule & have been a big factor in the physical changes you can see

💪🏼 Improving posture (an often overlooked, but hugely important for those of us that spend so much time at a desk!)
💪🏼 Boosting confidence & productivity
Creating an evening routine to hugely improve sleep quality
When there is so much happening in life, it can make sleeping extremely difficult
The mind races, you have a million & one things buzzing around & dropping off becomes a real effort
With some meditation, downtime from screens & clear boundaries, Zaya’s sleep has been better than ever!
Easy to follow meal plans to completely simplify life & leave the decision-making power for when it is needed most
Why complicate what doesn’t need to be complicated, right?
