“Prior to working with Ben, I had just started a new office job and had just bought a house.
Neither of which were good for my stress levels or my waistline.
I was doing 2-3 home workouts a week and running at least once a week at the time. It was enough to say I was doing something, but it wasn’t really doing anything.
My stress levels were very high. To a point that more than one doctor told me that I needed to find a way to get it under control.
My confidence also wasn’t the greatest - it never had been so that was the norm for me.
I had been toying with the idea of reaching out to Ben after doing the Gymshark66 challenge in January 2022.
I had asked Ben for help and advice on the goals I had set myself and he was more than willing to help and would quite regularly cheer me on and ask about my progress.
I had started to follow Ben then on social media. A big plus for me in deciding to work with Ben was how frequently he posted about his own workouts (nothing worse than someone dictating what you should do from the couch!).
Ben is constantly working, constantly learning which is fantastic and can only benefit clients more and more.
I reached out then as I wanted to set good habits when I moved into my home and Ben was the one to help create those habits.
In the time that I worked with Ben every aspect of me has changed. I feel stronger physically but also mentally.
I’m not intimidated by the gym or the people in it now. It’s an environment I have grown to love.
My body is in the best shape it has ever been in and I feel so proud of how far I have come.
I feel better equipped for everyday life after the last few months.
I’m really looking forward to working with Ben again in the future”
And Laura has some pretty big plans for the next year, too
